Good coffee cures all ills!

Afternoon darklings,
I am supping the most divine nectar - a caffe latte made with soya milk and caramel syrup. It tastes sooooo good!

Tried a little experiment last night which seems to have worked. At the M.E/CFS group yesterday we were all told we had to follow this bedtime routine; start winding down an hour before bed, tv off, computer/phone off etc. Warm bath, herbal tea and some sort of relaxation/meditation cd (not in bedroom). Then bed, if possible no reading in bed, unless it's something light. I had a wonderful, restful sleep and actually woke up feeling awake for once!

In the morning you should take time to wake up fully, so once you get up, no going back to bed!

I feel like I've had a reasonably productive day - and I haven't needed an afternoon snooze either! How can something so simple be so effective? Answers on a postcard please...........
